NBN Guitars

I bought my R-3 in '71 at the "factory." I've never been much of a professional but after playing guitar since '62 many people enjoy what I have to offer. I now have 5 guitars the latest a Breedlove 12 string. I love my R-3, it just keeps getting better with the years.

After 36 years in Boulder county I left the area in '04. Now when I visit it's too overloaded and fast for me. It's much quieter where I am and there's good music here too (a bit more bluegrass ted than suits my taste).

I am an amateur guitar picker who has not played much in years, but I still appreciate the amazing tone and balance of an NBN guitar.  My NBN is a model R-1, serial number 0142.  I am looking for someone to repair it.  It needs a neck reset and some other minor repair.

Started building  Flatiron Mandolins in 1975 in Boulder, CO and moved that operation to Bozeman, MT several years later. Sold out of that and built for 12 years in Vermont.

Back in Colorado, working computers for $ and building guitars for love (and money too).
